{"id":910,"date":"2013-08-27T12:19:45","date_gmt":"2013-08-27T10:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/delph-in-cook.fr\/?p=910"},"modified":"2020-12-02T14:16:31","modified_gmt":"2020-12-02T12:16:31","slug":"comment-reussir-une-friture","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/delph-in-cook.fr\/?p=910","title":{"rendered":"COMMENT REUSSIR UNE FRITURE&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;art de la friture n&rsquo;est pas compliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a juste quelques r\u00e8gles tr\u00e8s simples \u00e0 suivre pour r\u00e9ussir une bonne et belle friture.<\/p>\n<p>Voici des conseils pour des aliments dor\u00e9s et croustillants \u00e0 souhait en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Toujours faire frire les aliments dans une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile (proportions id\u00e9ales\u00a0: 1 volume d\u2019aliments pour 4 volumes d\u2019huile).<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas mettre trop d\u2019aliments d\u2019un seul coup dans le bain de friture, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter une baisse de la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019huile et qui ferait que les aliments se gorgeraient d\u2019huile.<\/li>\n<li>Pour \u00e9viter les odeurs de friture, jeter 6 \u00e0 8 graines de coriandre dans l\u2019huile froide et les laisser tout le temps de la friture.
