L\u2019enlever lors du service.<\/li>\n<li>Pour un autre plat\u00a0: ajouter\u00a0 selon le plat du yaourt nature,\u00a0 un peu de sucre, de la tomate fra\u00eeche coup\u00e9e en morceaux ou tout simplement\u00a0 de l\u2019eau ou des l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n<li><b>Trop gras\u00a0:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Laisser la pr\u00e9paration refroidir, et la mettre au cong\u00e9lateur. Le gras forme une pellicule en surface facile \u00e0 \u00f4ter.<\/li>\n<li>Avec une pr\u00e9paration chaude\u00a0: \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une louche \u00a0r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le gras en surface.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser d\u00e9licatement\u00a0 des tranches de pain sec \u00e0 la surface du plat, il va absorber le gras. Les \u00f4ter au moment du service.<\/li>\n<li><b>Trop \u00e9pic\u00e9 ou trop piment\u00e9\u00a0:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Ajouter des l\u00e9gumes, ou de la viande.<\/li>\n<li>Adoucir selon le plat avec du lait, du lait de coco, de la cr\u00e8me de coco, de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, du yaourt, du fromage blanc.<\/li>\n<li><b>Trop acide\u00a0:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Ajouter un peu de sucre, de miel ou un f\u00e9culent.<\/li>\n<li>Si c\u2019est une sauce salade, ajouter de l\u2019huile.<\/li>\n<li><b>Trop cram\u00e9\u00a0:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Pour un plat en sauce, des l\u00e9gumes, du riz\u00a0: Ne surtout pas m\u00e9langer\u00a0 la pr\u00e9paration. En r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer un maximum (en faisant attention de ne pas racler le fond) et le mettre dans un nouveau plat. D\u00e9poser des morceaux de pain sec \u00e0 la surface et couvrir le tout d\u2019un torchon l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humide. Attendre 20 minutes, retirer le torchon et le pain.<\/li>\n<li>Pour du pain, un g\u00e2teau et autres p\u00e2tisseries\u00a0:\u00a0 Pour le pain, gratter les parties br\u00fbl\u00e9es au maximum.
