{"id":1780,"date":"2020-03-16T11:05:34","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T09:05:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/delph-in-cook.fr\/?p=1780"},"modified":"2020-03-16T11:05:40","modified_gmt":"2020-03-16T09:05:40","slug":"tout-ou-presque-sur-les-pickles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/delph-in-cook.fr\/?p=1780","title":{"rendered":"TOUT OU PRESQUE SUR LES PICKLES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On peut transformer pratiquement tous les l\u00e9gumes en\npickles, sauf la pomme de terre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cornichon, carotte, oignon, poivron, haricot vert, navet\u2026 la\nliste est longue et presque illimit\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On n\u2019oublie pas non plus les l\u00e9gumes moins communs mais tout\naussi savoureux comme les pois chiches, les f\u00e8ves fra\u00eeches, l&rsquo;ail ou\nl&rsquo;\u00e9chalote. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aromates s\u2019ajoutent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la liste : gingembre,\ngousses d\u2019ail, c\u00e2pres, petits piments et herbes (basilic, estragon, feuilles de\nvignes, etc.). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9s fruits, on privil\u00e9gie ceux qui sont le moins gorg\u00e9s\nd\u2019eau comme les prunes ou les cerises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les ingr\u00e9dients de\nbase&nbsp;:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019eau : celle du robinet convient tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 moins qu\u2019elle\nne soit trop chlor\u00e9e. <br \/>\nSi on le souhaite, on peut utiliser de l\u2019eau min\u00e9rale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sucre : Roux, blanc au choix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le vinaigre : on peut utiliser indiff\u00e9remment du vinaigre\nblanc, du vinaigre de cidre, de riz ou du vinaigre balsamique.
