irr\u00e9sistibles ou d&rsquo;invit\u00e9s surprises&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Huile + \u00e9pices :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour viandes blanches et rouges, poissons, crustac\u00e9s et l\u00e9gumes<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer de l\u2019huile \u00a0et\u00a0 des poudres d\u2019\u00e9pices au choix.<\/li>\n<li>Frotter les aliments avec le m\u00e9lange et laisser mariner 1h00 minimum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Huile + herbes aromatiques :<\/strong>\u00a0<em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour viandes blanches et rouges, poissons, crustac\u00e9s, l\u00e9gumes, fruits<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer de l\u2019huile et des herbes hach\u00e9es finement au choix.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre la viande \u00e0 mariner dans le m\u00e9lange pendant 2h00 au moins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Huile + fruits et l\u00e9gumes : \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><\/strong><em>Pour viandes blanches et rouges, poissons, crustac\u00e9s<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer de l\u2019huile et\u00a0 des zestes\u00a0 d\u2019agrumes,\u00a0 des jus de fruits, des rondelles d\u2019oignons,\u00a0 des lamelles d\u2019ail, des d\u00e9s de poivrons, des d\u00e9s d\u2019ananas.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mariner\u00a0 la viande 24h00 au moins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Base Lait de coco :\u00a0<\/strong><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Pour viandes blanches, poissons, crustac\u00e9s, fruits, l\u00e9gumes<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le lait de coco, y ajouter au choix des \u00e9pices, des\u00a0 jus d\u2019agrumes, des d\u00e9s d\u2019ananas,\u00a0 de mangue, des herbes aromatiques finement cisel\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mariner au moins 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M<strong>outarde+ herbes aromatiques\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>Pour viandes blanches et rouges, poissons<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>M\u00e9langer la moutarde avec l\u2019herbe (ou les herbes) et badigeonner la viande du m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser mariner d\u20191 \u00e0 4 heures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bi\u00e8re+
